Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was smaller than expected from the pictures but the bathroom is well organized and comfortable. It had an amazing view and was a decent size for Japan with a perfect location for walking all around Hiroshima.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, while a bit small as expected for Japanese hotels, were clean and had all the essentials, although slightly rundown. On the bright side, they offered great views of Hiroshima. The service was a bit of a mixed bag; while the staff who booked my trip to the Mazda factory were knowledgeable and helpful, others lacked friendliness. However, the housekeeping and laundry services were top-notch. The hotel's location was fantastic, with easy access to the Don Quijote department store, tourist bus stop, and key tourist sites. It was ideal for exploring the city center and within walking distance to various attractions. The dining experience was enjoyable overall, with a wide variety of choices and delicious croissants and pastries. As for the facilities, they were satisfactory, meeting basic needs.
The hotel is situated perfectly for shopping and dining lovers, with excellent access to the JR Station. The rooms are larger than the typical Japanese standard, featuring spacious baths, making it a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring. However, there is a lingering ashtray smell in some areas. The dining experience is top-notch, especially with delectable croissants and pastries, but the service could benefit from better comprehension for Western guests.
The hotel is situated in the heart of Hiroshima city's bustling shopping district, making it very convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and enjoying local cuisine. The rooms are spacious and comfortable for a Japanese standard, although not overly large. Overall, a great value stay with a central location.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, with convenient access to major attractions and dining options, but some cleanliness issues and unfriendly interactions affected my stay. The room was decent in size with a great view, despite overlooking a busy street and being rather grubby. The service was a bit hit or miss, with friendly staff overall but some shortcomings with booking management. Dining offered a nice variety but could improve in timing and pricing. Overall, a convenient stay with some drawbacks to consider.
The hotel's location is superb, nestled right in the inner city close to various attractions. While the rooms are a bit tight, the size is above average for this price range. However, the dark furnishings can give a somewhat gloomy ambiance. The service is exceptionally professional and welcoming, reflecting the warmth typical of Japan. The dining options offer a mix of Japanese and Western dishes, with the breakfast standing out as a highlight. The facilities are well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant stay overall.
The hotel is in a bustling commercial and shopping district, ideal for sightseeing and shopping, with excellent access to public transport and major attractions. The rooms, though on the small side, offer a decent size and are situated in a great location. The service was top-notch, with knowledgeable and courteous staff. Dining options were varied and tasty, catering to different preferences.
